Born in the UK and raised in Kolkata and having stayed in the USA, the gujju entrepreneur craving routed Sam to Ahmedabad but his foodie taste buds still dwelled in the streets of Kolkata.

Yellow taxi has good Indo-Chinese food along with Kolkata style biryani and curries, kathi rolls. I have been a regular since they were Kolkata Connection before Covid.

Lovely food; great quality. Quite sumptuous. Great staff; owner is a great conversationalist. Sweet cozy place and rolls to die for! Decently priced too. Heaven for non veg and Bengali food lovers.

I visited the restaurant first time in the month of November and now I am a fan of the food served there. The best authentic kathi rolls we ever had.. and the Mughlai Biryani was damn delicious.. a single bite had all the flavours and it was so perfectly delicious.. Also, chicken barta with roomali roti was a deadly combination. Yellow Taxi has got all the flavours of Kolkata.. best authentic bengali restaurant in Ahmedabad. A must visit place..
